Child Care Provision
From 0 to 14, child care can be an issue for a number of families. If you are looking for a service to support you when you can’t be around, whether it’s just for a couple of hours or for the whole day, extended services would like to help.
Different Types of Child Care
Child minders – all day child care for children not at school
Pre-School Play Groups – Placing 2-5 years in olds in a supportive environment.
Play & Stays – Where parents remain with their children to enjoy playing together.
Play Schemes – Holiday play schemes usually from 10am – 3pm
Play Care (wrap around care) – School children being received at 8 o’clock for breakfast and/or being picked up at 6pm after school.
Open Access – An after school club where no charge is made.
